Forgey Sarabia PLLC is a fee attorney office that performs escrow & closing services for residential and commercial real estate transactions. Whether a traditional purchase or refinance, construction loan, manufactured housing, or otherwise, we’ll work hard to shepherd your transaction from title order to closing. We are backed by the industry’s leading title insurance underwriters, including Fidelity, First American, Westcor, and WFG, among others.

For Sale by Owner

Forgey Sarabia PLLC represents clients who decide on a flat-fee MLS listing or decide against hiring a real estate agent altogether. Our attorneys assist in contract review, drafting, and negotiation, and communicate with the buyer’s real estate agent throughout the transaction, at a fraction of the cost you’d pay in real estate commissions.

Brokerless Real Estate

Forgey Sarabia PLLC represents clients in transactions where neither party elects the services of a real estate agent. Our attorneys work with buyers, sellers, and lenders to execute a contract with terms mutually beneficial to the parties involved, and remain in communication throughout the transaction to ensure all provisions of the contract are met and the transaction is completed – all at a fraction of the cost you’d pay in real estate commissions.

Deed Drafting / Document Preparation

Whether an institution is nationwide with volume-based needs, or is committed to serving the local community, we draft notes, mortgages, deeds of trust, warranty deeds, and other documents necessary for closing their transaction.

Jason M. Forgey

Jason provides client development and legal solutions for the firm’s real estate transaction practice. Additionally, Jason has six years of experience drafting hundreds of title opinions and division orders in multiple plays, including the Bakken, Barnett, Eagle Ford, Marcellus, Permian Basin, and Utica, as well as prior landman experience. Jason also provides our clients with Estate Planning services.

Roman G. Sarabia, Jr.

Roman provides client development and legal solutions for the firm’s real estate transaction practice. Roman has six years experience drafting hundreds of title opinions and division orders in multiple plays, including the Bakken, Barnett, Eagle Ford, and Permian Basin, as well as prior landman experience.
